About

With more than 19 years of health care experience, I believe there are multiple ways to serve the patient population.

As a director for a global pharmaceutical company, I’m responsible for managing clinical
research trials and driving the outcomes that directly improve the quality of care for patients.

As founder and CEO of The Corporate Nurse ® , I help nurses who are exhausted from direct patient care transition to non-hospital/clinic roles through corporate nursing, a term I’ve trademarked.

As an individual nurse coach, I consult with nurses on their specific career trajectories and help them actualize solutions to the most common problems found in nursing and health care to obtain achievable goals.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Lexi Jay, The Corporate Nurse and Nurse Leader

Prior to working in corporate nursing, I worked over a decade in direct patient care roles, ranging from the surgical intensive care unit as a staff and travel nurse to interventional radiology and transplant coordination.

I’m passionate about working with health care entities and hospitals because there’s an untapped need based on systemic issues that aren’t being addressed in these settings. I’m focused on creating and maintaining professional wellness for nurses in both the clinical and
corporate setting.

I’m currently enrolled in a doctoral program, studying to become a qualitative nurse researcher. I received a Master of Science degree in health care administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Cumberland University. I currently reside in Atlanta, GA.
